Shipping Policy
All WhimsyWoof orders are packed with love and shipped from Georgia. Please allow 2–4 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.
Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your package’s storybook journey home.
Shipping times vary depending on location, but most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, as we’re unable to make changes once an order has been shipped. Whimsy Woof is not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect addresses or carrier issues, but we’ll always do our best to help you find a solution.
If your order includes multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages depending on stock and size availability.

We accept all major payment methods, including Shopify Payments, PayPal, Apple Pay, and major credit/debit cards.
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation right away — followed by a tracking number once it ships.
Please note that orders cannot be canceled or changed after they’ve been shipped, as each one begins processing quickly to reach you as soon as possible.
During busy seasons or holidays, processing times may take a little longer — but we promise it’s worth the wait.

Order Issues & Missing Packages
We want every Whimsy Woof delivery to arrive safely and make tails wag!
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected time frame, please check your tracking link first — it often provides the latest updates directly from the carrier.
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Whimsy Woof is not responsible for delays, damage, or lost packages caused by postal services. However, if your order appears lost or arrives damaged, please reach out within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll do everything we can to help make it right.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — incorrect addresses can cause delays or undeliverable orders, and we’re unable to replace items shipped to the wrong address.
Every order is packed with care from our Georgia studio, and we’re here to help if something doesn’t go as planned.
Returns
Returns & Exchanges
We recommend starting with a return rather than an exchange. You have 30 days from delivery to begin your return process. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags, and in the same condition they were received.
Refunds are processed once the returned items are received and inspected by our team. Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of the return shipping label, and original shipping fees (if charged) are non-refundable.
Once your refund has been processed, you’re welcome to place a new order for the correct size or product. Please double-check our sizing chart before ordering to ensure the perfect fit and help us reduce unnecessary returns.
Refund Policy
Refunds are issued once your returned items have been received and inspected by our team to ensure they meet our return guidelines. Please allow 3–5 business days after we receive your package for your refund to be processed.
Refunds are issued to your original form of payment, and you’ll receive a confirmation email once it’s complete.
Please note that original shipping costs (if charged) are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Each harness is adjustable in three places for a secure, comfy fit that moves with your pup. Use our Sizing Chart on each product page for neck and chest measurements, and if your pup is between sizes, we recommend sizing up for extra comfort.
